Obtaining the Marksman Rifle: Bolt requires a bit of effort, but it's worth it in the end. To get started, you'll need to defeat Shorty at the end of the invaded Roosevelt Island stronghold. While it's unconfirmed whether this is a random drop or not, running through the invaded version of the stronghold until it drops shouldn't be too difficult.

Once you've obtained the Marksman Rifle: Barrel - The Scourge from Shorty, head back to the invaded Capitol Building stronghold and play through it again. This time, you'll need to defeat another named Black Tusk boss at the end of the stronghold to obtain the next piece for your Nemesis.

The inscription on each component mentions three other names: Klutz, Shorty, and Prime. To dismantle a named weapon might seem wrong, but you'll need to deconstruct the Adrestia SR-1 to obtain an exotic component: Marksman Rifle: Scope - The Tally.

To get started, go inside the Capitol Building stronghold and find a weapon crate containing the Adrestia SR-1 high-end marksman rifle. Interact with it, and the Black Tusk Keycard will be consumed. Then, fight your way to the back of the hovercraft and when you're instructed to take a right turn and go through a door, go left instead and find a locked door with a keypad.

Go upstairs in that building and pick up the Black Tusk Keycard from one of the bunkbeds. Continue playing through the mission until you reach the hovercraft cargo bay, where Manny Ortega will instruct you to patch ISAC into a laptop. We recommend playing on normal difficulty so you can get through it quicker.

Once you've completed the mission, you'll have access to Tidal Basin again, but this time you can select which difficulty you play on. Next, take on the three new Invaded missions that unlock the Capitol Building stronghold again and play through that. Play all the way through in story mode until you reach the end, and you should progress to World Tier 5.

First, make sure your game is progressed to World Tier 4, then take on the Tidal Basin stronghold. Obtaining the Division 2 Exotic Sniper is a multi-stage process, but with these steps, you'll be well on your way to getting your hands on this powerful weapon.
